Dr. Mahadi Hasan Miraz

Mahadi, with whom I have had the privilege of studying and working for several years. We studied together at Universiti Utara Malaysia for five years, and for the past two years, we have been colleagues at Curtin University Malaysia. Mahadi is an exceptionally intelligent and hardworking individual. During our study period, he consistently excelled in all assigned activities. His leadership skills and team spirit always stood out, enabling our group to achieve desired goals effectively. In his teaching and research, Mahadi consistently scores excellently, thanks to his unique teaching philosophy and outstanding research skills. He has an exceptional ability to articulate concepts clearly and quickly grasp new ideas. As an energetic young scholar, Mahadi is passionate about assisting students, staff, and others, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently. This quality has earned him the admiration and respect of everyone around him. His resilience and dedication allow him to accomplish challenging tasks and work effectively in any situation. Additionally, Mahadi is a specialist in diversity and inclusion, further enhancing his value as a colleague and educator. I wish Mahadi all the very best in his future endeavors.

Dr. Mahadi Miraz and I have worked together at the Faculty of Business, Curtin University Malaysia. Mahadi was a very qualified knowledgeable, team player, excellent negotiator and highly respected by students and peers. Dr Mahadi comfort zone is in research and development. He belongs to different research clusters. He has developed networks of research collaborations in top universities. He has published in top-tier journals. Dr Mahadi was the Faculty of Business Discipline lead for Tourism and Hospitality Management programme. He has good interpersonal skills. He’s very hardworking, goal-getter and an excellent team player. Mahadi has never been found wanting in discharging his duties, very punctual and honest. I am confident that he will be an asset to any organisations that are interested in engaging his professional expertise.

Your ability to break down complex concepts into easily understandable pieces and your organized approach have made learning so much easier and enjoyable. Your responsiveness to our questions and concerns and your approachability has made the learning environment feel supportive and encouraging.

Thank you for your unwavering support and for making this course an incredibly rewarding experience. Your enthusiasm in teaching certainly motivated me to learn throughout this course. Although I struggled in certain topics, you took the time to provide valuable consultations to me and I am deeply thankful for that.
